Jonathan,
Given your recent editorial, salaciously criticising bottled water brands, and following advice from our lawyers, we will take legal action in the event of our product being used by you in any context. Please bear in mind that we do have an agency that receives all editorial copy and images where our name is mentioned.
Needless to say, your stance now completely removes any possibility of working together.

XXXX,
My aim in life is to help people drink more water and although I can see the need for your products in certain circumstances, do believe that in the UK we have an excellent tap water infrastructure that is more than adequate for use. This is the line I shall be taking when promoting O2GO in the market place.
As was shown at the UK bottled water conference in Penrith last year, which we both attended, although bottled water sales are growing, there is uncertainty amongst bottlers such as yourselves as to which areas to grow into to ensure that brands survive as consumer attitudes mature. I believe I raised the point at the time, that there is a "ripple of fear" amongst UK water bottlers that alternative, healthy and functional beverages are the way forward. I think that is why 1 hour was spent talking about plain bottled water and the following 15 hours were dedicated to functional brands over the duration of the 2 days.
I am unable to condone the massive PET waste that bottled waters add to each year and will be asking my customers to refill water bottles and sports water bottles to ensure that they are adequately rehydrating themselves whilst safe in the knowledge that they are not adding to their own carbon footprint any more than necessary.
I would also like to point out that I do not mention any brands specifically by name in any of my press appearances.
It is a shame that you feel you must sever all ties with us. I can of course see why, as our views about the environment and easily accessible water for all are very different.
Thank you for taking the time to contact me. I have removed you from our email list however if you would like to keep up with news and events concerning O2GO then please visit our blog at www.wedrinkmorewater.com
have a good weekend
Jonathan
