Making Sole Water: A Step-by-Step Guide

Now let's make our very first sole water together :)

  1. Fill a Glass Jar: Fill about one-third of a glass jar with pink Himalayan salt.

  2. Add Water: Top up the jar with filtered water, leaving a thumb-sized gap at the top.

  3. Seal and Shake: Secure the lid and shake the jar to combine the salt and water.

  4. Allow to Sit: Leave the jar overnight to let the salt dissolve.

  5. Check in the Morning: If there's any salt left at the bottom, add more until no more dissolves. This indicates the water is saturated.


How to Consume Sole Water

Each morning, dilute 1 teaspoon of the sole water mixture in an 8-ounce glass of room-temperature water. Remember, moderation is key, and always consult with a healthcare provider, especially if you have health conditions that may be affected by salt intake.



How long will sole water last?
